Returns Policy

If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at floristchennai@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery.

We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to then incase the amount will be refund after shipping charges adjustment will done.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

At floristchennai each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we will replace your product again then if not satisfied then we can replace in second delivery . Again if not satisfied we refund the cash amount after shipping charges adjustment.

Shipping

We rely on trustworthy transport services and suitable services will be arranged if the destination is inaccessible by usual carriers, provided that the customer gives the complete mailing address and order details to floristchennai@gmail.com

The products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address, we request you to place your orders separately with the different addresses

Our products will be shipped within same-day delivery. Third-party products will be shipped within 4 working days.

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is just an estimation. Sometimes, the deliveries may be stalled due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This may include bad weather conditions.

The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.
