If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery.

At floristchennai each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we will replace your product again then if not satisfied then we can replace in second delivery . The products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address, we request you to place your orders separately with the different addresses
